Way to go! Any you opened it too and let it breath... Nice!

there is no sense in letting it sit locked up.
Welcome to the er.....madness!!!!
I agree with "let it breath" too!!
congrats i remember my first code 3 model which was Boston Ladder 23 trust me there are alot of cool rigs to collect and by the way what is your list of favorites and if you want to find these favorites faster i suggest code 3 buy/sell forum i have alot of trucks from other code 3 collectors using the code 3 buy/sell forum
My first Code 3 was the Jack Daniels Ladder.
When I saw that there was also an Engine the adiction started.
Now I have over 40 models which for the most part is FDNY.
a couple favorites i would like to collect would be Mississauga, Canada Pierce Platform Ladder 1/64, and FDNY Engine 54 1/64, and FDNY Ladder 4 1/64.
After that, i dont know what I will be looking for.
They didn't make the FDNY ladder 4... would be nice though.
Actually Bill, my first Code 3 was back in the 90's. It was like one of the very first LA or Denver models. They have long since become part of someone else's collection. Now, I'm trying to downsize and just stick with the X Mas and Independence Day releases with a few others Of the originals, I do still have the Battalion 44 set though, never could part with that one..........
I was refering to sarinafirebuff's first code 3 piece. He has only just begun the"madness"

haha that is a picture of what I am trying to avoid..I just ordered my first ones this week.
I like the buildings in the background. You have a good setup for an interesting action diorama.
I remember my first code 3(s). I got the Windsor lime green Engine 10 and Windsor white over red Engine 1 back in '97 and my collection just skyrocketed thereafter. I have to admit my dad was the one who got me into it and collecting Code 3's is basically a sickness that consumes you and makes you want more and MORE models :)
