Shipping Problems ( Ken can you help )

I contacted Code 3 through customer service , I sent them a message to see whats the delay on the FDNY Engine 31 model. On my account it shows it was shipped on the 8th of this month. The person that replied to me stated they do not usually send models to P.O. Box addresses. I have been a member of Code 3 since 2003. All my purchases from Code 3 have been delivered to my P.O. Box address. Standard shipping , since I do not trust Fed X . This is the second time this happens , the first time it was last year with the Cedar Hills ladder . It took a while for me to recieve that one too. I would really like this problem resolved and that I get my models that I paid delivered to my P.O. Box address in a timely manner and not have to wait more than two weeks to get what I paid for. In the past all my other models were at my P.O. Box within a weeks time since it was shipped. At the present time I am a bit disappointed with this problem.

I am on vacation until next Tuesday. I am aware of your problem (I found out just as was leaving on Thursday) and will take care of it when I return to the office. I am not trying to make any excuses but there has been some problems at the warehouse. I apologize for the delay and problems. All I ask is that you hang in there a few more days and I'll help.
