O'Hare Int'l OshKosh "President's Proof"

Ok fellas,

  I have an O'Hare Airport Oshkosh Crash Truck which was displayed in a NON smoking house for sale.  I would put the unit in "GOOD" condition.  Here's the kicker.....The certificate is marked "PRESIDENT'S PROOF"....  I'm aware that due to the fact that it's not "MIB" takes away from the value.  The certificate is dated May 1, 9999.
