This topic covers the North Central Region: North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio.

When adding a suggestion please include the Fire Department and apparatus type. I'll let this go for a few months and then compile the results. I'll then create a poll for everyone to vote for their favorites.

I'll agree with Chicago hazmat rigs...there are two 5-1-2 and numerous hazmat ancillary vehicles that could be made...you've done the squads (except squad 7 and 7a)...it would be nice to round out the special operations vehicles.

I am a firefighter in Minnesota.  There is nothing in the state of Minnesota so far.  Being that Minnesota is where I'm from, means that this fact is slightly disappointing.  Rigs from Minnesota would be great, I think.  Rigs from St. Paul FD Sta. 18 (Ladder 18, Engine 18, Medic 18) have the Frogtown Company logos, and St. Paul FD Ladder 8 and Engine 8 are very nice trucks.  Ladder 8 is a 2006 Pierce Dash 100' Tower, and Engine 8 is a 2006 Spartan/Custom.  Engine 8 also has 3 sister trucks made with the same template: Engines 18, 22, 24.   Also the Heavy Rescue Squads are awesome.  Squads 1 & 2 are 2002 Spartan/Customs and Squad 3 is a 2006 Spartan/Custom.

There are a number of smaller cities (suburbs of the Twin Cities) that also have worthwhile trucks, as well as the Minneapolis FD.  All in all, Minnesota rigs would be great, I think.

I am not exactly sure how to post pics.  Here are some links to pics of the aforementioned rigs:

Engine 8/Ladder 8

Engine 18 and detail of the Frogtown logo:

The Frogtown Companies are unique in St. Paul because to my knowledge they are the only companies in the St. Paul Fire Department that have thier own unique mascot and logo.  I could be mistaken, but this is only what I know.

Engine 4/Rescue Squad 1

Rescue Squad 2

Rescue Squad 3

Like I said, I don't know how to post the pics themselves, but I hope the links work well enough.  It'd just be nice to see a Minnesota truck, even just one, released by Code 3.  And like I also said, there are other trucks out in the suburbs that may be worthwhile candidates.
