This topic covers the East Region: New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Washington DC, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Rhode Island.

When adding a suggestion please include the Fire Department and apparatus type. I'll let this go for a few months and then compile the results. I'll then create a poll for everyone to vote for their favorites.

The Burtonsville Volunteer fire department is a combintation department located aprox 20 minutes north of Washington DC. altho the station is suplimented with carrer ff's from Montgomery county, they only provide 4 men. that is enough to staff the engine company alone. the rest of the staffing is made up primarily of the nearly 20 'live-in' members and also the members who come in as they please to staff fire apparatus. the fire apparatus operated out of station 15 is purchased and maintained by the Burtonsville vol fire dept. The station itself is home to 2 engines, 2 ladder trucks, 2 heavy rescue squads, 1 brush truck and 2 ambulances. Protecting a 1st due area of 22 square miles and serving far beyond the department responds to aprox 6500 call for service. for more information feel free to visit www.BVFD.com

E-88 and E-8 are 2008 Seagraves and E-332 is a 2009 Seagrave, so I guess they are new.
