Order Delay
On July 2, I placed an order online. It has not yet shipped. I've emailed cust service, but no reply. Why the delay? It's been over a week.

It's probably because of the warehouse move, though I was not told of any delays. I know that the new computer systems just went online yesterday, but I thought the old system was still operational. I will check Monday morning to see if orders are being fulfilled and if not, why.
I will also look through the customer service emails. You should have gotten an answer.

Orders should start shipping again later this week (hopefully Wednesday). Part of the delay was caused by FedEx not delivering the required computers until this week.
We will update the website to let everyone know when shipping returns. So much for a smooth move...

Thanks for the update. But a two week delay seems extreme. My item still has not shipped, nor has customer service replied to my inquiry.
Would code 3 be willing to refund the shipping fee for the inconvenience? Seems fair.
Orders should start shipping again tomorrow. The required software is being installed today.
We are sorry that shipments have been delayed, but we will not be refunding shipping.

This morning, the question was raised internally about what to do for the customers that have been waiting for their orders. This will have to wait until JD returns from the Fire Expo. I hope we can offer our customers something as a sign of good faith, but I honestly don't know what or if anything will be done. The main focus right now is getting the existing orders shipped ASAP. Even though the warehouse is fully operational, they are still trying to catch up on the backlog.
I apologize for the continued shipping delays.
