dividing the country into sections for a poll

Some two months ago JD stated he was going to take my suggestion, divide the country up into sections, and then poll to see what major department from each section people wanted to see apparatus from. To date, this has not happened. Do we have a time frame for this?
This has not been forgotten about. The 2010 season has pretty much been decided, so the polls will help with the 2011 season. I am busy with so much besides Code 3 that I've let this slip a bit. I just made a note to myself to make sure I have this setup by the end of July or sooner.
