Keep or Not Keep Boxes

I recently started into Code3 and am curious, I have no intention of reselling for profit so is it advisable to discard the boxes. I am keeping the acrylic cases but everything else I want to toss. Does this make sense
If you have the room, I would break the boxes down, then store them in a large plastic bin. All my trucks are taken out of there display cases. You can stack the cases inside themselves and the bases together. After doing this, I have 6 large bins in the attic.
