firewick, if you have a problem with the explanation i gave you, then take your business elsewhere and try not bashing people. as far as the pictures go, as i explained was going to send them to you when i got off work (hard to send you something you dont have, dont you agree).
I wanted pics of the actual truck for sale. And what explanation? You just quit emailing, no mention about work. You don't have a camera? You didn't email for over a week. I did take my business elsewhere, got the truck, in the shipping box, MIB through paypal so my behind is covered. Not trying to bash, just stating the facts, thanks.

Based on research I just did, I believe that he might indeed be the infamous Gary Parrott. The email address and screen name used in this post matches one I found on a paint ball site: http://www.pbnation.com . Gary was accused of scams on that board as well - http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/347/RipOff0347760.htm .
SNPREMT prove me wrong and I'll apologize. However, I don't have a good feeling about this...
UPDATE 8:41 PDT: After some further research, I might be wrong, unless an alias is being used. The coincidence of Fire, EMT and paintball can't be ignored though...

If I do infact receive the truck or my money back, I will let everyone know on this post. BUT....
I sent Andrew a M.O. for a truck on June 6 because he said his paypal account is all screwed up, (which is lagit, I had fraud of $880 against my paypal account from indonesia about 4 years ago.)
So he tells me on June 16 that he received the check and the truck would ship tomorrow.
I email him on June 25 telling him still no truck. He replies with, sorry for the delay that I should receive it today or tomorrow. NOPE
I send him a few more emails with no reply. This morning I get one stating, the trucks,(mine and joeO's I assume) are sitting at his brothers house and he will take them to the P.O. as soon as he can. Why tell us the trucks are shipped and I should receive it today or tomorrow when they are sitting in a house? And I thought fire fighters are honest, truthful and men/women of their word.
Well, I hope he makes good on his sale of these trucks. Andrew, I will post that I received the truck on here if you do infact send me the truck. And send joeO his 3 trucks you owe him too.

Because the longer he "leads you on", there comes a time when Nothing can be done...I cannot stand a "brother"(collector) that attempts to screw over another brother(collector)..

You're right! I was just too trusting, thinking that a fellow fire fighter would not screw you over! I have learned a lot by being on this web site over the last few months. I think after this is all worked out, I am finished with this forum and the other one too. I've met a lot of nice honest people here, but there are too many of the others on here too. I would hate to live in the area where some of these people supposedly protect. If they are actually fire fighters to begin with. It's a shame.
I now do not believe that SNPREMT is Gary Parrott, though there were some pretty strong coincidences. Gary has scammed many people in the model fire truck collecting and paintball communities. Because of that many people are on the lookout for his return (you would think a couple of arrests would stop him).
I apologize to SNPREMT for the accusation. I hope you understand why I originally made it (selling Code 3 trucks, paintball interest, age, New England location and the complaints on this forum).
Even with my apology, you do have some explaining to do to your fellow collectors.

Thank you for all of your help Ken. I just received an email from Andrew asking for my shipping address... again! Only time will tell on this one. I will, as Ken has done, let everyone know the truth if Andrew does infact ship the truck in perfect condition as promised when he sold it to me and I sent him the money.
