Duplication of Orders

On the subject of problems with orders around May 12, I have an order dated May 11 which has been duplicated on May 19. Double billed to my credit card.
I have emailed Invoicing & Billing and await a reply.
Is this an isolated incident or have there been other members orders duplicated?

The problem on May 12 was that orders processed and shipped on May 12 did not show up as "shipped" on the website. No orders were lost or duplicated because of the problem. Your order was processed on May 19.
Your problem has been escalated by Customer Service for a refund. As to why you were billed twice, I don't know why and I will look into it. Your problem appears to be an isolated incident. I apologize for the inconvenience.
