sorry for the new topic but i tried to reply but the subject is locked you stated that if it states a product has not shipped then it has not shipped and that is what it says when i check my order status on the code3 web site for the gettyburg engine however it is sitting on my shelf and has been for over a week

Since this is the second time I have heard of this with the Gettysburg, there is obviously a problem. I will look into this right away.

UPDATE:

Code 3 does not charge any credit card until the day an item ships. That is the law and we abide by it. Your Gettysburg order was processed and shipped the same day (probably May 12th).

For security reasons order data is stored on two separate computers, in two separate locations (not the same building). Your credit card # is not stored on the web server. Approximately ever 4 hours these two computers synchronize.When an order ships, the web server computer should be updated to show that status. The process works 99% of the time, but every now and again it fails. It is usually fixed when the next synch is run. In your case and a few others this did not happen. I don't know why. I will run a manual synch and your account data should update later today.

UPDATE:

There was a problem with all orders processed on May 12th (website did not show that orders had shipped). This has been fixed and the website should now show the proper order status for all members.
