Shipping info
A few weeks ago I asked about shipping numbers, I guess that question is now a moot point when you don't even show that a product has shipped! Why are you slowly getting worse?
Originally Code 3 would show an item shipped and provide a shipping number, then they would show it shipped, with no further info available, now they show it as on order, but not shipped. Why???????? And why so much for shipping? $10 for an engine? There are others that ship for less. At the current release rate, it is still cheaper to go wth someone that ships for $6 total than to wait and try to spend $400 with you in a year and hope for $5 shipping.
1.) I am looking at why the tracking numbers are not appearing. Our warehouse is in the process of moving and now is not a good time. I will take a closer look at this problem early in July, after the move.
2.) If an order shows as not shipped, it really has not shipped. Is there a specific order you are having a problem with? Send me the details in a private message and I'll look into it.
3.) The shipping cost has been addressed before: http://forum.code3.net/2009/04/16/question-to-john-about-international-shipping-cost/page1/ . It talks about international shipping, but is still applies. Also, we don't discourage anyone from buying from one of our dealers.

I believe Ken has answered the questions but to add to it I want to say that we are really working on the improvements in information flow. However, if you consider the complexity of moving a warehouse I think you will have to admit that it is a daunting task and some things will have to wait to be addressed. Thanks for you patience.
