Three questions in one, 1st are the pictures of the Gettysburg Sutphen the final product, 2nd, if so, how did the roto-ray and the panel behind the hard suction hoses end up black and 3rd, why are the hard suction trays which were used on the Orlando not used on the Gettysburg ?

Yes, you are right on all points. Every model is reviewed by a host of people and it becomes a forest for the trees situation. The Departement even reviews but manufacturing is not a perfect science and there a times glaring mistakes are made even with several sets of eyes looking at an item.
In spite of this I can tell you the the Gettysburg is receiveing good comments and the order situation is excellent. Thanks for the comments.
