John likes the poll idea. In addition to the creation of new molds (from the original post), your suggestion of existing molds should also be incorporated. Just give us a little time to set this all up.

Hi,
yes we will do something formal and organized per your suggestion. I am going to add that there be a reason why Code 3 would do a certain Department, i.e. Gettysburg - because it is one of the oldest Departmetns in the country and they are celebrating 200 years in Firfighting.
