1974 Seagrave TDA
This model was by far one of Code 3's best efforts. I know that there was an issue with the scale that soured some collectors. There were only three different versions of this model made. There have been lots of rumors and speculation as to what has become of this mold in the various collectors forums. What is the true story? Will we see more of this model in the future?
You are correct. there were 3 models produced from the 1974 Seagrave TDA, all in 2005. The models were the 12968, 12969, and the 12967. An expert did confirm and I too had been told that the scale issue was a topic of discussion when the models were released. I am already checking to see what might be done with the model for 2010. Thank you for bringing this issue to the forefront.
