Questions Answered Here

A key element of this Forum is to communicate as directly as possible with our Member /Customer base. The Question Box was created to provide effective venues to answer all reasonable questions.  Adding the “locking feature” will make it an even more effective tool of communication.

Code 3 Collectible staff will answer all questions relating to Code 3 products, customer service issues, collecting Code 3 models and other issues related to the Code 3 product and operation.

New product suggestions should be posted in the New Product Suggestions area and not posted as a question in the Question Box.

Understand that not all questions can be answered but all will be read. In some cases, answers are time-sensitive and will be published at a later date.

Post questions that you believe will be of interest to the entire collecting community. We reserve the right to move posts that do not meet these criteria to a more appropriate category.

Guidelines: Because we seek to encourage the free flow of information, the transmission of any information, data, text, files, links, software, or other materials considered to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable is prohibited and will be removed from the Forum.
