At least they are trying,you have to give them credit for that.
Also he responded and did so within 8 hours.
I'll say they earned a thumbs up for that.
We shall see what the future bring but at least now I know that they are working at it.
The "boxes the same size" is a Fed Ex rule. They don't encourage the banding idea but do accept it. What I was proposing is,for exaple, soemone ordering 2 12816 Chicago Ladder 15 model. Code 3 could securely tape the two shippers together and ship it is one box thus saving the cost of the two individual shipments.
