Club Membership Expirations
Starting 04/01/2009, Code 3 will implement the following for Club membership expirations:
1.) Around the 15th of each month we will send out a reminder email to members whose Club membership is expiring soon. We will do this for two months prior to expiration. For example, a membership expiring on 6/1 will receive two emails. One around 4/15 & another around 5/15.
2.) Club memberships due for expiration will be processed on the first weekday of every month. Some members have gotten some extra months because we have not done this for awhile.
3.) Once your Club membership has expired, an email will be sent to confirm the expiration.
At most you will receive 3 emails concerning your Club membership expiration. These are "one time" mailings and are not related to the Code 3 newsletter.
