Outstanding Customer Service

Hello One and All,
       Two days ago I came to a fearful surprise that my Yonkers 313 "Christmas" Engine was missing. Ironically, someone forgot to put it under the tree. Upon a late Christmas / early birthday present opening and inspection I noted a couple of flaws that I was concerned with. I immediately wrote C3 CS and asked if an exchange was possible. Jennessa returned my email within 12 hours. On behalf of C3 she apologized for any inconvenience and immediately created an exchange order. Not even waiting for my return, a new Yonkers 313 is enroute. Over the past 7 months I have read quite a few posts on this forum about Customer Service. I wanted to share with you my experience today. As always, the people there are always quick to respond and even quicker to take action. It seems to me that they most certainly do care and greatly appreciate our support. I have personally spoken to Mr. Alburg in the past and I am certain of this. CS does everything possible to help a customer with any problem. Thank You again, Jennessa, the Customer Service Team and Mr. Alburg.

There goes but a faint flicker of light....   I hope they can nurture that and help it grow into a flame.  Only time will tell...  but there is a lot of negative to overcome.   They have a long way to go and some consistant improvement before I will consider them viable again.  You might say I'm from the "Show Me State".
