Since I have not gotten a response from customer service I am trying to find out why I can not access the club area of the website? I can log on to my account that shows I have paid for this years "club" membership. Any reply from Code 3 / Funrise would be appreciated since I have not gotten any answers to my other problems w/ not getting what I have been charged for.

Get used to it... It's turning into a Tradition with Code 3.
