That rig has been around more than long enough that they could have done it if they wanted to. Had Rescue 6 become a permanent fixture on the FDNY roster, it might well have happened. But, they're not going to waste the money to do a one-off mold of something that is nothing more than a designated spare/reserve rig. If they were to do something like that, the current Rescue 1 (Pierce) would be a much more likely candidate for that purpose.
