Fellow collectors, is anyone else having trouble using the customer service portal? I ordered a 1/32 chicago 59 engine on 11/29/08 and it has not shipped as of this morning. John if you read this could you check for me? Keep up the good work, I have not given up on Code 3 yet, I feel you are trying to get the operation back to the way it was a number of years ago.
