I could use some help/suggestions. I ordered a collectable 1 week ago. I got the automated e-mail, and then nothing. I keep checking my order status on the code3 webpage but it still says not shipped. I tried e-mailing code3, but the e-mail got sent back as un-deliverable, then I contacted the toy company directly but was unable to get a answer at all. How long does it usually take them to ship something out? Its supposed to be in stock. And do a lot of people have a hard time contacting this company? Thanks in advance -MIKE

I've had the same issue, except it's been over 2 weeks for me.
I renewed my membership a month ago and they still have not shipped the card. Not that it really matters, they still gave me the member pricing on the trucks that are on sale. It will be interesting to see how soon they ship the trucks.
I never received ANYTHING for my membership! Nothing! No card, no bag, no truck! Nothing!

Well mmm2 join the club. As for shipping in a week, that's not going to happen. If you ordered a new release when it was listed then most likely its not even in the US yet. The items that are not new may be out of stock or not. Even if they are in stock its no guarantee that you will ever get it. One of the CHOSEN ONES (dealers) may have ordered it also and if shipping yours is going to short the CHOSEN ONES then you won't get yours. Orders are filled according to who you are not when you placed the order. Best bet is to go to one of the CHOSEN ONES and order it at the member price even if you are not a member. If you order from one of them you are almost assured that you will get what you ordered and in a timely manner.
You know it just came to mind that maybe this is C3 master plan to get out of the retail business by pissing us all off enough so that we will go to the dealers to order and C3 will only have to deal with the dealers.
I am experiencing an similar problem. o membership card and no Lavern 1/32 pumper hve been shipped. Both items should be in stock and easy to ship.
I expect that they are holding orders due to a cash crunch or a serious lack of employees in shipping.

Hard to say. You're in a bad spot. They won't answer your e-mails or telephone calls (nothing new here) and you will not get "confirmation" either way. If you hit the cancel button, you will never know if they got it or not... AND... If they didn't get the cancellation, you will be surprised by the delivery (not to mention a credit card bill -- Which They Won't Miss). Then you will have the unenviable chore of trying to get that mess cleared up which will undoubtedbly result in the same success as you are currently experiancing. 
Lesson Learned... Never order anything directly from Code 3 unless you are a Gluton For Punishment !!!
As for what to do now... Keep trying to contact them and focus your attention to Funrise Corp. If you are really stressing, then just order something new or even the same thing FROM A DEALER !!! Then if, and when, the original order comes, simply return it (and get some proof it was delivered to Code 3). If your original order doesn't come, then watch your credit card to ensure it gets credited. Be aware though, you will loose some money in that transaction as they will at the very least get you for shipping if you have to return it, but I wouldn't count on it ending there either.

here's the number for Funrise Code 3 Office 1-800-882-3808 not that it will do any good but at least you will get to talk to someone who will check that your shipping and billing info are correct then tell you they will send a request to expedite your order and tell you that you should here back soon. At least that was what I was told today
