Still NOT receiving emails with Latest News...:-(

Despite assurances that you were looking into it...I still am not receiving the Latest News (and who knows what else) in my email.
I have tried to update my email address in the system and I am told that the email does not need to be updated...

Maybe it is my ISPs spam filter...Can I enter a second email address?

I got mine on 11-14-2008 at 21:16 GMT AND the corrected at 23:43 GMT.

The e-mail swituation is being researched and there should be an answer forthcoming. Today, with the Website, all info that comes via e-mail is on the Website at the same time, actually ahead of the e-mail. I would hold a couple weeks to see if I get an answer to the probem.

I also have not received any email updates in over two weeks. Nothing has changed with either my computer or my ISP Please Advise.

You cant be serious? Jesus, get a life. Update your email address on the Code 3 site, and get over it. Its probably your fault or your providers for blocking it, thinking its spam. You want new models? Cant have them, too busy worrying about your personal email problems. Man, what dont you get? You can read it online too. What makes it so important that everything has to stop because you dont get emails? You have time to post this crap, you have time to go to the website and read it.....

No spiked coffee and I truly am a piece of work. I guess Mr. Dunkel can spend all of his time anwering the needs of you, rather than bring us any new models. You are bothering the wrong person with petty email concerns. But you probably post the same thing on Ford or GM's forum when you buy one of their cars too. And really, going back and looking at your post, there is nothing wrong with asking the head of Code 3 to stop his R&D work or his design work, or his conferences with the engineers to work solely on your email concerns which you already told him was probably your fault or your providers fault. I apologize, how immature of me.

I went on Code 3's site to check the status of my account, and found that for some reason, they had disabled my e-mail, due to many messages being returned as undeliverable. No clue what caused that to happen?! Anywho, I updated it and clicked the link to re-enable the e-mails, and lo and behold.....when I came home from work on Friday, there was Latest News in my inbox. Had already read it at lunch (on the 'puter at work) anyway, but it's nice to know the issue can be easily resolved.

a quick update on e-mail problems.  Though it may not be everyone who is not getting mail it may be the case in some.  I do know that the Webmaster checked on some folks complaint and found that Comcast had blocked our e-mail and treated it as Spam mail.  The situation with Comcast has been resolved as of this time.  please bring these things to our attention as we are trying to resolve the issues as they arrive.
