How come

How come that in every single thread on this board, there is alwas someone just abusing this forum.... when we had the frist, people couldn´t behave
that ended up with code3 closing it down.... then the same people cried out... what the hell... they don´t take there customers serious..... not figure..... :-)

then we went on without a forum on this code3 page for a while... JD came along and heard what we cried for.. he made it happen. and the again the same crybabies started all over again... if you don´t have anything nice og interesting to say in a thread, then sut the f... up.... stop putting all kinds of crab in the post. perhaps you don´´t agree with the person writing the post, that´s fine and fair, but just don´t turn it into a childhood schoolward nicnac..... come on guys... are you children og grown ups....

The thing that coulf happen if you continue is this.... JD sees this forum to be a pain, and hurting the image of code3 for new customers going in to the forum for the first time... they see all you nonsens and then don´t come back leaving code3 with nothing... Your fault......

The next thing is that JD and the rest of c3 people don´t care about the forum anymore and shuts it down like scott did, when the crybabies started the whinning... no forum.... Your fault....

By the end of the day your not contributing with anything that is in fact positive for the hobby, company or for the individual person, your just crying about something that you don´t agree with another person about.... do you really think that helps... code3 doesn´t get any helpfull information to guide them in the right direction again..... just making them think twice about throwing in the towel....

just my take, and them start behaving like fellow collectors/firefighter/others that enjoys this hobby and supporting this company...... grow up guys...... respect is something we all shall have toward other people.....

You're right.

That said, part of the crap that takes place here comes from a few people who approach other collectors that are selling something, and who then leave them hanging without completing the deal. Even a simple "No thanks, I've changed my mind" would be polite.

If you want to talk about respect, that's a good start.

that is entirly correct.. my mistake.. im sorry for that. have been noted in the back of the head.... that said, then we can get back to the business abour giving C3 some information to which way we would like them to go.....

I was not on the previous forum so I can't relate to it's history.  At the same time I'm not sure if I understand your definition of abusing this forum.  If your refering to those who constantly play the thumbs down on certain posts simply because they don't like that member or their views, irrespective of the content of their posts then yes, that is abusive.  If your refering to verbal assaults against each other, then yes that too is abusive and should be stopped.

However, if the reference is toward those who's violation is to simply disagree with, or point out the failings of Code3 then I disagree.  It would be nice if all posts were in-fact positive in nature and it would also be nice if Code3 were to treat all of its customers with respect and appreciation.... after all, we are supposedly the reason for their existance.  As some have so aptly pointed out, they are in the business to sell a product and make money.  Are we not the ones who provide that money???

If you appear to treat your customers with contempt as Code3 does, then why in the world would you expect them to continue buying your product.!??!  Contempt can be in many forms....  How many times have you seen, on just this board alone, the repeated complaints of trying to contact Code3 about an order, about a defect, to cancel an order or correct one only to be totally ignored..?  You can't ignore that, it is real, it exists, and it counters any rational corporate philosophy for success.

We could all blow sunshine up Code3's backside and say how wonderful they are and how each and everyone of their products is just Honky-Dorie but is that really fair to Code3..?   In order to improve and keep customers, you have to have "some kind of feedback" to see what works, what doesn't, to determine any course changes to maintain your customer satisfaction and increase your customer base.  Even negative feedback is needed to do this.  This is just plain old "Business 101".  For Code3 to continue on such a course, by seemingly chosing to ignore all but their chosen few, is the equivelant of a sailor keeping his course toward the waterfall, foolish and disasterous.

Now I shall simply sit back and wait for the inevitable thumbs down by those who refuse to see reality and want to continue to simply suck up to John and Co with some perverse loyalty while patting each other on the back as they continue to praise John (The Emperor) on his "new clothes".

The whole forum is based on opinion, but some people don't respect people's, "God" givin' right, if you will, and put thumbs down on opinions people post then proceed to harass them about it. I myself encounter these events everyday. It's wrong, disrespectful, and abuseful in regards to the site.

The thing i ment was the assult´s on individuals and their oppinions..

i know that it´s tough to get thru to C3. and we should all try to get their attention by complaning when there is something wrong.. no question about that.... the company lives on our and others appreciation for the product they do, but we don´t want to recieve, broken trucks, lack of detail, bad paintjobs etc... that they should know. And this is to JD if he reads this forum..... The least you can do, is make a reply either by email, phobecall or here to people that have some issues with either payment, modelerrors, broken rigs etc.... again.... RESPECT for your customers.... and then stop telling stories every friday. tell us about our joint hobby, don´t tell us about everything else...

let us know what will be adressed in the future, where are C3 going to and all that.

I am going to momentarily lower myself to your level...    (whoa, it finally made it...Cool)

Here are a few excerpts from a number of sources defining the term "Milquetoast"...

From Dictionary dot com:  ...a very timid, unassertive, spineless person, esp. one who is easily dominated...

From World Wide Words dot com:   ...an even older foodstuff, milksop, which was untoasted bread soaked in milk, likewise something suitable only for infants or the sick.  From the thirteenth century on, milksop was a dismissive term for  "an effeminate spiritless man or youth; one wanting in courage or manliness", as the Oxford English Dictionary puts it.... Mr. Milquetoast is in the same tradition.

From Urban Dictionary dot com:

2. milquetoast:  I saw this word printed in a newspaper article describing the psyche of a hocky coach.  His team had just lost an NHL series.  The word was used to define the following:  soft, dispassionate, non-aggressive, unbold, unwilling, non-determination, and lacking strength of character.

3. milquetoast or milktoast:  a timid person, a shy coward (from the old comic-strip character Casper Milquetoast).

That punk may act tough but he is just a milquetoast who wants everyone's attention.

coward timid sissy wimp cream puff

Need I continue or are you getting the message...?

In light of the above definitions, you might want to rethink your choice of your Moniker... unless of course it is correctly befitting of you...???

In the meantime, give the kid a break.   Stop being a socially undesirable...  you set an extremely poor example if you are actually an adult.    Good God...could that be???  Surprised

Your command of the English language is impressive. You can actually use a dictionary an a thesaurus, most impressive. I figured somebody would eventually get it.

I don't need to get any "message" here. The "kid" you are referring to is a dick, you're also a dick for enabling and encouraging his foolishness. He will now be encouraged to post more idiotic bytes.

Dip your toast in that.

I just have to say, all you guys who harass me and others really need to get a life. It sure doesn't make you a man to harass people online, 5 year olds can do that, you don't impress anyone, you look like an asshole who needs attention, nobody likes you except the other cyberbullies as they're referred to. Not to mention the fact that pretty much everyone on this site is a stranger to everyone else, so you don't know shit about who these people are. I, and many others, live in the U.S. were we are GUARANTEED freedom of speech and many people on this site don't think that applies to some people. The all-time best is tied between the jag-offs who give thumbs down on opinions and helpful info for others because they are being dicks to people they "don't like" OR the other thing that that is tied with is the people harassing John Dunkel (A.K.A. JD) about production delay, when you don't know what the hell's going on. Maybe he, like many people, doesn't wanna be harassed by the assholes on this site anymore than is already guaranteed due to the delay. unless you have experience running a multi-million dollar company and know ALL the things that could possibly delay production AND you have ALL the answers about how to fix them, you have no right to harass him about it. It's no different then a world wrestling champ getting told off by some ass in the stands who thinks he knows EVERYTHING (like many people an this site) about why he lost. While, unless that guy in the stands has been in the SAME EXACT situation, and knows exactly what went wrong and he knows exactly how to fix it, what the hell can he say...NOTHING. So, unless you have the experience JD does, shutup, you have no right to harass him. This one's gonna get thumbs down easily, but I hope some people who know and relate to what I'm saying will save it! Good Day!

Mmmmmm...  I'm not sure where you're coming from...   Considering you only signed up within the last two days and only have one other posting than this, and it is a blank (Re:  Looking for Lightbars)..???  Either someone is creating a fabrication or you are someone who got tired of being harrassed and changed your Moniker.  Which is it...????

Either way, you can express your anger or frustration without the "colorful metaphors".

I attempted to answer this but didn't realy see/find a question and as I read more found that this full thread does noit belong in the Question Box. thus I will let this up for a couple days and then delete the whole thing. the question box is for questions not opinion and attacks.
