Has code 3 gone out of business? Has anyone heard from them or receive any shipments from them lately?

No, they have not gone out of business. It just seems that way.

You will see that they are still active and have recently shipped the Norfolk F-16 and Patuxent River F-138 Crash Rescue Trucks.
They may still be "in business" but if you consider a "business" is an organization where no one ever answers the telephone or responds to e-mails, has no customer service department and finally ships an order after 6 weeks, even though it was cancelled, then I would argue that this is a business that will soon fail.
I have been a Code3 member for many years, but no longer.....

If they dont answer the phone, or reply to emails, what makes you think they were aware the order was cancelled.
Then maybe they should start answering the phone and replying to their e-mails.
