Will C3 be having anymore sales like the ones in previous years? Like when the Santa Claus, IN Pierce or the club tanker went on sale.

Hey Herningff,
Yup, I got a real tele number off one of my boxes and somebody really anwsered. Amazing, the girl was very nice and told me they have no parts dept.
Thanks for your replies.
Bovaine..Out.
Regarding the issue of parts the simple answer is no we do not have a parts department. However, I have discussed, investigated and considered a parts program but the administratioon and cost is prohibitive. From the manufacture of additional parts to the storage, shipping and inventory it becomes a monster very quickely. This is a situation for all manufacturers. Past experience has been to outsource this to someone who is willing to handle but that is just one segment of the program. The manufacture of the parts today os the bigger problem. I doubt that the right assortment of parts would be frustrating to everyone involved. That said I will continue to search for a way to implement something in the future. Right now getting releases on a soled schedule and new toools developed are the priority.
