I didn't received them also untill I saw at my account page that there was a problem with my e-mail address.
Maybe this is also the problem in this case.

Seriously John... and I am not trying to be spiteful though I have much reason to be regarding this topic... but just how does someone get back with you??? I say this having sent many e-mails and phone calls to Code 3 in the past (regarding items never shipped or items broken) with zip, zero, nada, none, no replies at all in any way shape or form. Can you please answer that question... please...??
... and I am not the only one by any stretch of the imagination!!!
