On September 19th I ordered, via the web-site, two sets of the displays. I continued to check the "Account Summary" but it only said "Not Shipped Yet". I telephoned Code 3.....no answer. I e-mailed Code 3...no response.
I had been waiting several weeks for the display racks and the "account summary" continued to say that they had NOT shipped yet. So I cancelled the order, printed out a confirmation, and went to the other place in Moreno Valley, California (the "Fire and Cop Shop"). I ordered the same items at 1/2 the price, on a Friday and they were delivered on the next Tuesday.
Then a few days ago a big box arrived from Code3, containing the display cases from the original order! I am returning them and contacting my credit card company to ensure they DO NOT pay Code3 for this order (which I had cancelled).
Does anybody at Code 3 know what they are doing? Is there anybody at Code 3?
