would it be possible for code 3 to make a truck with working lights? That would be cool!

Maybe in a 1/32 truck but in a 1/64 truck it would difficult I think.

The lights and circuity is available but I wouldn't count on the Chinese to get it right.

yeah ive made some in code 3 police cars..but 1/64 would be kinda hard to find lights for..but you could probly get away with it for diamond plate series

No thanks.  Working lights in 1/64 is as bad an idea as posting in every forum category.

Some of the Hallmark Xmas ornaments that are 1/64 scale fire trucks have lights that work and run on a couple of watch batteries I have a 60's GMC and open cab ALF engine from a few years ago. So it should not be that hard to do, the trucks don't have the detail that the Code3 trucks but they only cost around 20.00 too

To each his own. If fancy lights is your thing, then knock yourself out. But I can guarantee you if Code 3 started to factory install those led's, that $60 engine would cost you $100 or even more. Leave it the way it is and if some want to do it aftermarket, go ahead.
