This squad from Clarksville MD puts the "heavy" into rescue! Maryland sure has a number of unusual and nice-looking heavy rescues...

Fairfax County VA. The first two photos are of a beautiful Paystar 5000 that formerly carried either a communications pod or a command pod out of the Merrifield station. Unfortunately those were replaced by command vehicles and the Paystar now is relegated to hauling a dumpster-like box filled with lumber for the technical rescue team. Still looks great, though - not sure if it's still in service, I took the photos about a year ago.
