Well, JD, thanks for the update on all the bad news in the news recently. I am sure all of us in the "minority" have been living in a cave and needed such an update. As for the good news, there did not seem to be anything that has not laready been promised, and missed on the part of JD. I bet we all in the "minority" look forward to the weekly substantive updates JD.

Ijust read the the latest news from J.D. some old B.S. as always.Does he not see that people are dumping his trucks off like bad stocks.Get a CLUE they are not holding much value just look on e bay.Does any body have his e mail address?Would it do any good?He should show everybody the new trucks coming up not just a chosen few if he wants us to keep buying his trucks. As for your comments about bring the work back to the states,I don't think it would cost that much to make here. The reason Isay that is you want make a product in China then put on a ship, then ship it to the U.S. that doesn't make since last I new diesel fuel was pretty expensive. If the cost did go higher because of union factory worker and the quilty stayed the same or better and it kept the work in the U.S. and J.D. did what he said he's going to do then yes I would pay alittle more.As for P.T.H day I've been to his store thats one kick ass store for diecast!!!!!!!!Being a native chicagon I knew where his store was when in chicago go there. All my family lives in chicago I do go there alot.As for code3 and Past Time Hobby day Iam going to try and make it there and talk to J.D.myself.

"No doubt there will be comments on no new release again! This is true and not true." JD

Query, how can something be true and not true, John. Either there was a release or there was not!

"there will be another release later in October and I want to be assured of the production date before the model is announced." JD

Query, if you want to be assured of the production date before the model is announced, then why did you state: "REMEMBER THE CODE 3 DAY AT PAST-TIME HOBBIES THIS WEEKEND! See the information below . . . PREVIEW New models in the planning stage / Pre production samples on display" Is there a release date for these models that you are sure of being that you will be announcing them to the limited few who are fortuante enough to be close to Pst Time Hobbies, or are we here just the "vocal minority" not worthy of such announcements?

Perhaps a course called Marketing by John Dunkel – Director Code 3 Collectibles to provide an explanation!

Seems that the minority who were able to attend the past time event may have been able to see upcoming releases...by all accounts in the advertising...now you would think that JD and the gang would have updated the workshop with pics for the vocal minority here who did not live close enough, but instead he updates the workshop with meaningless garbage reference suggestions about displaying your code 3 products....thats listening 101 JD

"Collectors checking out 5 new releases on display for the first time ever at Past –Time Hobbies." Is this guy for real or what...he has the balls to show a picture of people checking out the 5 new releases, when you cannot really see the releases, yet he refuses the calls of the "vocal minority" to let us see them. JD, you really have to start teaching your own marketing class...it should really prove to be a humm dinger.

I have been known to call JD into question on numerous occasions here, and have been the subject of critizcizm for that, which i accept. I have always operated under the the premise that challenging someone will produce results. That being said, when praise is worthy, it should be give. While JD has refused, for some unknown reason, to honor our requests for previews of upcoming models, as we are use to, the most recent models which we were finally able to view are stunning. The Yonkers christmas and getty's are sure sellers, and JD deserves praise for there quality / design. In addition, the view of the alf ladder is promising. JD, can you now please keep us updated on the quarterly releases, even if they are like the alf you displayed at pasttime hobbies?
