More engines and ladders from other departments besides FDNY. I love my FDNY collection, but there are other FD's out there. How about some Ferrara ladders and apparatus from volley FD's.

Why hasn't there been any ambulances released in recent years?

This truck has needed to be done for a long time. I requested a version of it in 1/32 scale (Diamond Plate), back when Funrise was the main builder in China, but as always the idea falls on "deaf ears"!

Engine - Seagrave

The Valparaiso Fire Department in Valparaiso, IN. recently took delivery of a 2007 Seagrave Attacker II rescue engine. This was the very first attacker II to come of the assembly line. It was purchased through Hoosier Fire Equipment, located in Valparaiso, which is the Seagrave sales rep for all of Indiana. It serves a dept. that has been full time paid for well over 100 years and covers a population of over 40,000 people. The Attacker chassis was redesigned in late 2006 so that it most of its parts were interchangable with the Marauder II chassis, and was renamed the Attacker II. The major differance between the Marauder II and the Attacker II is that the marauder is stainless and the attacker is aluminum. I believe most of the chassis dimensions are very similar or the same, so it may be interchangable with some of your tooling. This is a beautifull engine that deserves consideration for future replicas. If there is interest contact me for more picture or other info.

This Getchell Fire District 23 ( East Marysville Washington) It is 2003 Pierce Quantum. The graphic make the truck stand out from surround fire departments. The department has logo with firefighting Bull dog on the back. I have pics of the rear of the truck, but I will not post them since it a trademark of the firehouse.

1934 Kenworth fire truck owned the Muesum of Flight, Seattle. The truck was origianal olive drab green when Boeing used during WWII. The truck was kept around as reverse truck until the 1980, when it was given the Muesum of Flight and restored to its' present condition. The truck is housed a the Museum's restoration center in Everett Washington with vintage and in-progress restoration of aircraft.

This is a little off the fire truck line. But I know Code3 has tried products such as large resin patches, Star Wars and 3-D movie posters. This picture is from Occodental Park in Seatttle, near fire headquarters. It is the memorial to four fallen Seattle Fire Fighter lost in the Mary Pang Fire in the 1990/ The artist is named Chin, she has several piece around Seattle including a husky for her aluma mater, The University of Washington. This picture does not realizism of the firefighters.

I would like to suggest a fire truck from East Pierce Fire and Rescue ( Bonney Lake, Washington)be made in memory of the department Fire Chief; Dan Packer. Chief Packer was killed in the line of duty while fighting the Panter Lake Fire in North California. I have no pictures of trucks from this department. The department's website is www.eastpiercefire.org. Unfortunately it does not show the newest trucks to the department. News story from Seattle that shows that the department just recieved a new Pierce; but the website will show the current graphics. I also assuming that the newest truck to this department with deciated to the Late Chief Packer.
