Im located in Orange County, NY PIne Bush Fire Dept.

This is a good idea. Some great apparatus have been the combination tanker/pumpers that many departments find to be the workhorse of their service to community. I am in favor.

Yes I have seen Buchannan Valley ET at Harrisburg Expo and I seen Jefferson New Tanker at Ocean City.Dawsonfire has really good pictures of apparatus.
