I let mine pass on to a better place.... Was useless to keep it anyway. Entries above say it all. After the Philly Squrt Fiasco I realized the customers were expected to just sit and take what ever came their way. If it were not for the good dealers out there (Past Time Hobbies for one) I don't think you would have survived. They took care of the customers when you wouldn't or couldn't. You ignored us to the point of ad nauseum.

My frustration reached it's peak when after waiting over a year for delivery of my 10-Truck cover, and after receiving "It's backordered" several times when I inquired and finally I received no responses to my inquiries at all. It was only after I called someone at Funrise, and actually got cooperation, that I found out that the clear cover was no longer being made!!! Nice info to find out when earlier I could have gotten one from a dealer... that was before I realized things were totally screwed up at Code 3. Funny thing is.... As of 2 minutes ago, I reviewed my pending order list, it still shows the item having not been sent..... nothing at all about being discontinued or not available any more.     Ayup... It's still a sore spot with me.... sorry.

I stopped being a member this month. At least when there was the loyalty rewards there was a benefit. But now all you get is a "discount" that, like others said, you can get at some online retailers. Then they can't even get one damn new release out on their own advertised schedule.

That thing they call customer service is hilarious! I now order through Fire and Cop Shop, Pasttime and Ebay.

Mine isn't due to renew for a few more months but with the fiasco at Code 3 I don't think I will be renewing it. I'm still waiting on the Christmas Edition from last year. I've tried email to no avail it always comes back as undeliverable. I've called 2 or 3 times and get the same BS every time I call we don't know why it never shipped but we will check into it and get back with you but like clock work they never do.

That sucks man! C3 isnt doin so hot lately, and from the looks of this forum, they're not very popular either.

I will be letting it run out this year, again no perks, and dealers have the same prices.

Back in the day' they had members only perks, trucks etc, but not any more.. so why stay a member?

I agree, this is my last year and I have been a member since the start. You can't get your problems resolved, they won't answer emails, they won't even fix the clich that prevents them even getting your emails. You call Funrise because you can't get C3 to answer the phone and all you get is lame promises they don't intend to keep.

I am done being a member. If I need a new release like it has been mentioned I will buy it from one of the many retailers that sells the item for "member price." Best of all I sold most of my code 3 rigs anyway. I am a little upset with the crap thats been going on and the lack of production. You could count on 1-2 rigs the first Friday of each month. Now we cant get 1-2 every 6 months and the shipping issues are horrible. I am going to start collecting another company like TWH models. They are a bit more expensive but they release 1 city 6 separate numbers every 3 months so the money evens out and I get a museum quality piece. They ship in less than a week. Hold to a release schedule and preview 1 year ahead with apparatus. And the price is the same for everyone with no membership fee. I will give $30 to the salvation army this year to go to a good cause not to a company with thinks that a weekly story is by Dunkel worth money in todays economy. Thanks but no thanks. I have moved on and havn't been on the code 3 site in over a month and its nice to know that when I come back all that has changes is a couple of pictures in the Workshop.
