WHY YOU NEVER ANSWER ANY REQUESTS ? I HAVE WRITTEN SO MANY TIMES TO SEE IF YOU COULD GET ME A NEW SIDE VIEW MIRROR THAT BROKE OFF OR A REAR LITE, OR A LADDER THAT I BOUGHT THAT HAD A SIDE LADDER MISSING. YOU PEOPLE NEVER REPLY BACK ! I LIKE TO KEEP MY COLLECTION LOOKING LIKE BRAND NEW BUT YOU PEOPLE NEVER HELP.

I read something on another board about the same problem, and I believe the outcome was that they are not going to make any more.

Yes, I was probably the one who posted it originally.  As a matter of fact, I just reposted my gripe a few minutes ago on the Post asking if you stopped being a member... see link.

Do not waste anymore time with Code 3 regarding that cover.  I had to go out and get a custom made one and it cost a wee bit more than I wanted to pay but I needed it as I wanted to be able to display my 10-Truck and protect it from prying hands and dust.

I ordered 4 of the recently released "display racks" on September 19th. My Account Summary shows that they have not been shipped yet. I went to the link for customer service and I e-mailed them but the e-mail returned as "undeliverable". I attempted to telephone customer service but no one answered the phone. Has anyone else ordered these display racks and if so how is your order proceeding? And does anyone have any suggestions for dealing with customer service? Thank you.

I have sent two emails to C3 through the site in the last two days and both have come back undeliverable after 20 tries. Go figure

I have sent several emails thru the code 3 website over the last few months all of which have come back as undeliverable.

I tried several years ago to become a C3 dealer. I sent 5 or 6 emails to C3 in reference to this and never got a reply. After getting no were I sent a scathing email explaining what I, as a long time member thought about C3. I finally received a reply this time and was told that they already had a dealer in Florida and had no plans to add another at that time but in the future if they did not have one in Florida they would consider my request. That was funny. There was no dealer in Florida then or anywhere in the south at that time nor is there one now. When I first became a member there was a dealer near Tampa but they stopped selling C3.

I recently sent another request which has gone unanswered.

So C3's history of ignoring its members is nothing new.

I guess I can forget about ever getting to be a C3 dealer now. Oh WELL

I had the same problem trying to get a hold of Customer Service. I finally received my "rack" yesterday.

I submitted this original comment. I had been waiting several weeks for the display racks and the "account summary" continued to say that they had NOT shipped yet. So I cancelled the order, printed out a confirmation, and went to the other place in Moreno Valley, California (the "Cop Shop"?). I ordered the same items at 1/2 the price, on a Friday and they were delivered on the next Tuesday. Then a few days ago a big box arrived from Code3, containing the display cases from the original order! I am returning them and contacting my credit card company to ensure they DO NOT pay Code3 for this order (which I had cancelled).

Does anybody at Code3 know what they are doing?
