Would you like to see C3 develop a "Classic" line?

Previously, we were tantalized by the posibility of a "Classic" line from C3. If they were to entertain this idea, would you like to see:

A. "B" Model Mack

B. "C" Model Ford

C. "L" Model Mack

If age were part of the criteria, which decade would you prefer (make and model to be determined)

A. 1900 - 10

B. 1911 - 20

C. 1921 - 30

D. 1931 - 40

E. 1941 - 50

F. 1951 - 60

G. 1961 - 70

My choices are C. F. Also what about the ALF 900 Series tiller which could be made in FDNY, Boston, Philly, Washington DC, Buffalo and many others:)

YES. Maybe the demographics of this forum will be a little different, and some knowledgeable buffs who remember "Coleco-Vision" will weigh in. Personally, I would like to see a line of certain classics, but I think what we'll actually see if we see any at all is a bunch of Macks from FDNY. Where Macks are concerned, a nice L-series crew cab from Chicago would catch my eye (and my dollars), but I'm not holding my breath. I would like to see some prewar rigs from Pirsch, Maxim, or Buffalo, some Seagrave Sweethearts, Wards, American LaFrance Metropolitans, FWD, and the list goes on. Colors? How about white with gold leaf? Black over red? Plain red? Corgi and Yat-Ming are making some considerable inroads to the small scale classics market.

Oh yeah....anything but LIME.

A Mack "L" would be GREAT, especially for Springfield, OR - like this one:

And maybe a Mack "CF" cab, not the enclosed "Eastern/FDNY" cab, but one like this one preserved by a retired Eugene, OR firefighter:

I am all for Classics of any kind and era. The Mack’s you list are a great starting point but it can’t stop their, we need Ahrens Foxes, American LaFrances, Seagraves, Maxims, and so many more!

I would really like to see any thing from the 1920’s to the mid 70’s! With the 50’s and 60’s the era I lone for the most!

I would like to see any classic apparatus. I consider anything before 1980 as a classic.

Anything from the 60's to early 70's, couple of Crowns maybe. This, from a guy who remembers ColecoVision, and had an emulator that played all the games on his computer.

I do like the classics.  IMO, those rigs had far more personality than today's apparatus.  However, given what appears to be relatively limited R&D resources and other diecast makers already churning out some classics, I think I'd prefer to see C3 look at doing some international releases.  An overseas "machine" would certainly stand out amongst all the US apparatus in my curio.

I would like to see some Ford C's. Also 70's Rear Mounts Am Lafrance and Seagrave.
