Topic: Customer service ?????

I had the same thing happen to me with the pricing issue

I have other problems. The last year my orders in MY ACCOUNT all showed shipped but with no tracking# availlable. I received my items and the tracking# still is not availlable. Is that service out of order or other problems?

It seems the tracking numbers no longer appear. I just work on the model arriving a week after they debit my card....

customer service, what about the service of the new director...jesus, promises, promises, and still nothing reference the new month and quarter...the only thing we get is emails about his travels around the US....if he put half the time into the company that he does traveling....it might return to its old glory....its no wonder customer service sucks, it follws from the top down...

I only can say to this tiresome topic what runs there after ???

My open orders aren't (processed the business is going on so well, you don't need this any more ???
The sent orders don't arrive, is but is already enough of the account debited !!!
